After working with globally recognized brands such as Lexus, Kawasaki, Golf Digest, and Red Bull, Lou knew it was time to go out on his own. He knew there had to be a better way to help clients reach their goals and objectives and set out to disrupt the traditional agency model by launching The Free Agency. Allison was on the same path, with a background in corporate marketing and events, she knew it was time to find a better way to help brands execute successful experiential marketing campaigns.
Rather than working with the same team every time, TFA puts together the best team for each project through their extensive network of “free agents” to truly give the client what they need. Since TFA first opened in 2015, the company has executed successful, sales-driven programs for cannabis and CPG brands Wana, Summit CO & MI, Toast Pre-rolls, Willie’s Reserve, Nature Valley, and Kettle Chips among other brands.
